How can I access my product?

Our products are delivered either in our secure member's area or by zip file. You would have been automatically registered in the member site and should have received an email with your user name and password. 

IMPORTANT: The message is sent to the email address you used when purchasing, which may be your PayPal address, so be sure to check that inbox, as well as your spam folder.

If you've made previous purchases from me using the same email address, you can simply log in with your existing user name and password, and you'll find your latest purchase added to your dashboard. 

For products delivered in a single zip file, you can find your access details by logging into your payment processor:

If you're not able to access your purchases, please click "Submit a Ticket" above, and let us know what you purchased, and the email address you used. We'll be happy to cross reference it for you and send you the correct links.
